ملاحظات	جزء من الرسالة، ج. منتصف القرن الرابع عشر، كتبه الناسخ عزريا ها ناسي ب. يهليلئيل المنفي ب. عزريا البهجة ب. داود "الناسي العظيم" رئيس المنفيين، في بغداد، يثبت النسب الداودي لسار شالوم ها ناسي بن. بنحاس المنفي كما تحققت منه الطائفة اليهودية في بغداد. مقسم إلى عمودين، مفصولين بهوامش بالحبر الأحمر، ويحتوي العمود الأيمن على قصيدة تكريمًا لسار شالوم.
