ملاحظات	الصفحة اليمنى: وثيقة قانونية تتعلق بالزواج، ويكون فيها العريس مسؤولاً إذا جامع زوجته قبل أن تحص السبعة أيام كاملة وتغطس في الحمام، وفي هذه الحالة يجب عليه أن يطلقها مع دفع كامل الكتوبة. الظهر: بداية سجل المحكمة، بتاريخ إيلول 1553 من العصر السلوقي (= 1242 م)، يذكر سليمان، مع تدوينات أو محاكمات قلمية بالخط العبري والعربية. في يد سليمان ب. يشاي ها ناسي (؟).
