الصفحة اليمنى: وثيقة قانونية، فيها جوزيف ب. يقدم إسحاق الفاسي هدية من المال (المستحق له لمظهر ها كوهين بن يعقوب بالإضافة إلى رأس المال الذي يملكه يوسف بن أفرايم بن ياهبوي) لابنته ست الحصن في الإسكندرية، ويعين زوجته ست العشير بات برهون وصيًا قانونيًا على الابنة. ويذكر أيضًا ابن الزوجة (وابن زوجة يوسف) يوسف ب. إسماعيل ب. الكنوزي واثنين من أبناء عمومته ديون (؟) ب. ميمون ويونس ب. ميمون. مؤرخ بـ 4857 لعصر الخلق (= 1097م). على الظهر: بيان أمام المحكمة من عروس أبو الأفراح ب. يوسف (المعروف من روايات كثيرة في الجنيزة) فيما يتعلق بإهداء جميع ممتلكاته لزوجته ست الكل بات إبراهيم ب. تيبان، مع شروط أخرى تتعلق بأطفالهم. وفيما يلي بداية بيان شاهد آخر. وفي الهامش مسودة إفادة شاهدة بيد هليل ب. عالي، الذي يذكر هدية من برهون بن. يحيى لصدقة ها كوهين ب. ديفيد.
