الوجه: geṭ فيه [...]el b. سيلا (المعروف بأبي المنى) ب. مهد[...] (من مدينة قوس) طلق زوجته سديدة بنت عيد (من الفسطاط). بتاريخ الخميس 18 شفاط 5039 (= 1279 م) في بلبيس (بجوار أرض جاسان). شهده صموئيل ب. بيراهيا وبنيامين ها كوهين ب. سليمان. الظهر: نص هالاخاه باللغة العربية اليهودية، مكتوب بخط مختلف، يعطي تعليمات لإنشاء حديقة.
