الصفحة اليمنى: كتبة لـ [... ب.] هليل (العريس) و"مطلقته" ريسة بات فرج (العروس)، أي أنها ستتزوج مرة أخرى من زوجها الأصلي. مؤرخة [...] تسري 137[.] من العصر السلوقي (= 1058-1067 م)، مع قائمة الجهاز. وقعه موسى ها ليفي ب. سيلا وسمعان ها كوهين ب. هارون (الذي يحيط اسمه بأحرف صغيرة تحمل شعارًا). الظهر: قصيدة بمناسبة تنصيب أحد الوجهاء المدعو سار شالوم.
