ملاحظات	التسوية بين هارون ها كوهين الإسكندراني الحريري (تاجر الحرير) ب. موسى وأبو الخير مفورح ب. موسى بشأن ضرائب إنتاج الحرير بأطفيح. ويذكر أيضًا أبو الحسن علي بن. يعقوب (المعروف بابن العراقي) وهو ضامن. مؤرخ بشهر آذار 1450 من العصر السلوقي (= 1139م). توجد على الجانب الأيسر تدوينات بالخط العبري والعربية.
