وثيقة قانونية بشأن شراكة بين أبي الفرج وأخيه أبو المفضل. وقعه ليفي ها ليفي ب. إبراهيم وجوزيف ها ليفي ب. صموئيل. يوجد على الجانب الأيسر تاريخ مكتوب بخط مختلف: العقد الأخير من عام 1492 من العصر السلوقي (= 1181 م).
