Recto: Text opens, after basmala: اطال الله بقاك. The precise nature of the content is not clear from the extant text. Concerns some problem relating to somebody. Mentions كسله 'his laziness'. Verso: Text opens, after basmala: اطال الله بقاك. The writer requests forgiveness for what he has written previously: العذر جعلنى الله فداك فيما كتبت... Closes with the same blessing as it began with, followd by the ḥamdala.
