يتكون المجلد من نسخ من مرفقات الإرساليات الموجهة إلى شركة الهند الشرقية
اللجنة السرية
قبل عام 1784، كانت اللجنة المسؤولة عن حماية الشحن البحري لشركة الهند الشرقية. وبعد عام 1784، كان دورها الرئيسي هو نقل الاتصالات بين مجلس المراقبة وحكومات الشركة الهندية بشأن المسائل التي تتطلب السرية.
