History of Jedda (Kitab al-jawahir al-mu'adda fi ta'rikh Jadda), by Ahmad al-Hadrawi (d. 1909). Describing the city of Jedda (in modern Saudi Arabia), this manuscript was copied out by its author, writing in Mecca, in 1871. Codex, ink and pigments on paper, 34 folios, Arabic text in naskh script, al-Jawahir al-mu`adda fi ta'rikh Jadda, history and topography of Jedda, by Ahmad ibn Muhammad ibn Ahmad ibn Ahmad al-Hadrawi al-Hashimi al-Makki (1836-1909), autograph manuscript, Mecca, Saudi Arabia, dated 1288H, 1871.
