| Sample Text | Service is one of the most excellent themes raised in religious texts and the speech and behavior of our Muslim religious leaders. Despite the many discussions and conversations that take place in this field among managers and leaders of our society, this concept and its examples have not yet been presented in the form of a scientific and codified model. However, about four decades have passed since the introduction and implementation of the servant leadership model in several western countries. In order to fill this scientific gap in the country and using Imam Khomeini as a role model, this research has investigated the thoughts of that personality in the field of servant leadership. The purpose of this research is to examine the three basic questions of why, what, and how servant leadership is from the perspective of Imam Khomeini (RA) and provide a comprehensive model in this field. In this research, which is a basic descriptive-exploratory research, thematic analysis method has been used to examine the model of servant leadership from the perspective of Imam Khomeini (RA). In order to collect and identify themes related to servant leadership, firstly, the theoretical foundations and various viewpoints of western experts were examined in recent years, then by examining and studying the entire 22-volume book of the Imam, related themes were extracted and coded, and their frequency was counted. In order to develop a comprehensive model of servant leadership from the perspective of Imam Khomeini (RA), qualitative research software NVivo 8 was used to perform thematic analysis. The research results show that this model has three dominant themes, fifteen inclusive themes, 35 organizing themes, 110 main themes and 22 secondary themes. The relationships between these themes are also presented in the form of a model. At the end, suggestions for future research are provided. |
