Notlar	Genre/Subject Matter:This aerial view of the Beni Bu Ali Fort looking southwest on 4 February 1932 by the R.A.F. during a reconnaissance mission in advance of a planned bombardment of Aiqa and Jaalan (Ja‘alān) described in following folios, f. 129-130.The fort is at centre, while a large number of walled enclosures and dwellings extend from lower right to upper left of the image. Large palm plantations, enclosed by walls, can be seen in the distant background at left.
