Notlar	Map of the eastern part of the Arabian Peninsula, depicting various existing and proposed lines relating to the south-eastern frontier of Saudi Arabia, including those bordering Qatar. In addition to proposed boundaries, the map features settlements and provides some indication of relief. Also included is a table of references describing each of the ten coloured lines, which include the following: the 'blue line' (as laid down in the non-ratified Anglo-Ottoman Convention of 1913 and redefined and adopted in the Anglo-Ottoman convention of the following year); two lines dating from November 1922, referred to as Ibn Saud's [‘Abd al-‘Azīz bin ‘Abd al-Raḥmān bin Fayṣal Āl Sa‘ūd] 'Ojair line' and Sir Percy Cox's 'Counter-Ojair line'; various proposed frontier and boundary lines dating from 1935; an adjustment to what is referred to as the 'Riyadh line', dated February 1937. \| 1 map \| Materials: Printed in colour on paper.Dimensions: 379 x 282mm, on sheet 433 x 315mm. \| more \| less
