Notlar Former shelfmark: MS X893.7 K84 I12., Origin: Item is undated, though probably copied in the 17th or 18th century, perhaps in India., Shelfmark: MS Or 190., Decoration: Fragmentary polychrome (green, blue, red, black, pink) and gold illuminated dual-page opening (f. 1v-2r). Fragmentary gold vegetal marginal fill (f. 2v-3r); four complete floral marginal fill (f. 58v-59r, 78v-79r, 111v-112r, 275v-276). Text is written entirely on cloudbands with gold fill between the lines. Textblock is border ruled in gold and black. Page openings are ruled with a thin, gold frame. Sū̄rah titles appear in white ink on a gold background cartouche enclosed in a rectangle with light blue fill around the ends. Gold roundels mark verse endings. Gold circular and floral motif marginal medallions appear throughout to mark rukūʻ and text divisions. Readings marked in red., Script: Written in naskh in black ink; pointed, vocalized., Layout: 13 long lines., Foliation: Modern foliation added in pencil, upper left recto; catchwords every verso, lower left., Title supplied by cataloger., Manuscript codex.
Örnek Metin Incomplete copy of the Qurʼān, from al-Kawthar (108) to the end (114) is missing. The first two folios are fragmentary with clean marginal repairs; much of the marginal decoration is lost.
