The copyist has not indicated the date ; however the gilder (mudhahhib), Rūzbihān Shīrāzī, has signed and dated the illuminated headpiece on fol.1b (p.2) "تذهيب روزبهان شيرازى سنة ۹۶۸" lending a dating of 968 [1560 or 1561]., Several ownership statements and owners' marks on fol.1a (p.1), most fairly illegible or entirely effaced ; several inventory marks on fol.1a (p.1) including "102 T. De M [i.e. Tammaro De Marinis]" in black ink, "١٢" in pencil, and "2 1/2" in black ink ; on fol.1b (p.2) two rectangular seal impressions, virtually effaced and completely illegible ; various verses, etc. inscribed on fol.142b (p.284) ; very clean copy with virtually no marginalia., Shelfmark: Ann Arbor, University of Michigan, Special Collections Research Center, Isl. Ms. 266
