Notlar Shelfmark: MS Or 385., Origin: Copy completed in the mid-18th century, probably in Turkey. The preface indicates that the writer left Istanbul in 1133 A.H. (1720 or 1721 CE) to go to Cyprus and he wrote the work there (f. 1v)., Decoration: Rubrications in red, including headings and overlining., Script: Written in naskh in black ink; pointed., Layout: 21 long lines with marginalia; catchwords every verso., Title from introduction (f. 3r)., Manuscript codex.
Örnek Metin A commentary on 100 verses of Tuḥfe-yi Şāhidī with discussion of poetic meter, lexicons and explanation of difficulties. A long preface by Muḥammed Muṣīb al-șehir bi-Narḫīzāde in which he describes his travels around the Eastern Mediterranean and how he came to find out about Şāhidī and his poetry introduces the work.
