Notlar	A collection of documents presumably compiled by Galip Sait Mehmet Paşa., "Volume 1 (252 p.) published in 1270 [1854], volume 2 (205 p.) published in 1272 [1855], volume 3 (232 p.) published in 1272 [1855], volume 4 (159 p.) published in 1273 [1856]"--BnF catalogue général., Brown leather binding with flap, worked chevron endbands, two-piece binding, upper and lower covers carry gold-stamped tuğra (the tuğra of Sultan Abdülmecit, 1823-1861) at center, tooled and gold-painted border and corner accents, in fair condition with some abrasion, warping, worn edges; marbled paper board linings and flyleaves., On 'title page,' statement dated 15 Muḥarram 1274 [ca. 5 September 1857] in name of Tahsin Ağa, founder of the library at Ürgüp which bears his name (Ürgüp Tahsin Ağa Kütüphanesi) and for which a waqf seal also appears in the volume, accompanied by his circular seal dated 1271 [1854 or 5], seal reads "تحسين ٢٧١", statement reads "صاحب الخيرات والحسنات دار السعادة الشريفة اغاسى دولتلق عنايتلق تحسين اغا حضرتلرينك وقف وخيراتيدر اوج كره صلواة شريفه اوقيوب دعاء خير ايله ذكر بيوره ... ١٥ محرم ٢٧٤" ; large, circular waqf seal impression dated 1272 [1855 or 6] for library (kütüphane) of Ürgüp district (presumably that founded by Tahsin Ağa, see aforementioned statement and seal impression), appears on 'title page,' margin of page facing incipit page, and at close on p.252, seal reads "وقف هذا الكتاب المرغوب المخصوص بكتب خانۀ قضاء اوركوب ١٢٧٢" (Contributions to the cataloguing from Evyn Kropf).
