for fol.74b-75a (p.148-149) catchwords do not fully match, though with no apparent missing text; foliation in red ink, Hindu-Arabic numerals, first appears on eleventh leaf with "11" (lost from first ten leaves and occasionally thereafter due to trimming and pair repairs);
