Headings in red or blue in large script. Some staining and a few paper repairs; small portion of text blurred by water damage on fol. 1-3. Lacunae after fol. 63, 106, 114. Ms. is bound out of order; correct order is as follows: 1-48, 105-106, 64-73, 49-50, 74-91, 115-116, 107-114, 92-104, 51-63, 117 (this folio may belong elsewhere in ms.).Incipit (as extant): ما بصدرك منه واثبت لك النسخ التي ارتضيتها [؟] ورايتني كثيراً اعالج بها فلا تخطي المراد منها - Modern tooled brown leather with flap; marbled paper doublures. - Incomplete pharmacopoeia of compound medicines. Not the same as al-Dukkān by Saʻīd ibn ʻAbd Rabbih [d. 940] (Ẓāhirīyah, V, 236); on fol. 1a the text is attributed to one al-Qurṭubī, so the text must predate the 13th century. The author cites the works of Galen and Yūsuf ibn Ibrāhīm ibn al-Dāya [d. ca. 878]. On fol. 18b is a diagram of a contraption designed to prevent snake bites from proving fatal.
