Notlar Ms. codex.Title on fol. 4b and in colophon on fol. 133a.17 lines per page. Written in a small nastaʻlīq in black ink with use of red for rubrication. Text is written inside a single line frame in red ink. Fol. 1b-10b also have the margins outlined in red ink. Catchwords on the verso of each leaf. Thin glazed paper with visible laid lines. Some marginal annotations at the start. Fol. 1a has a table of contents in a later hand and three ownership stamps. One obliterated ownership stamps on fol. 133a. Few short inscriptions on fol. 133b-134a and 135b.Copied by Mehmet bin Ahmet el-Sarayî and completed on the 19th of Rabīʻ al-Awwal 1009 (1600) -- colophon (fol. 133a).Incipit: حمد بي حد احد بى ابتدا يه كه الف اسم ذاتى هر ابتدآ اول وهر انتهايه منتهادرExplicit:فلك زكار جز تغريق مشمر فكل الصعو منها قد تكدر ونقول تم الكتاب وربنا الوهاب وله لدنيا عطاء وحساب انا العبد والعبد مخطى ومصيب و الله تعالى اعلم بالصواب - Brown leather over pasteboard. Evidence of envelope flap which is now missing and only the fore edge flap remains. Blind and gold fillet around the borders and central blind stamped mandorlas with gold tooled scalloped edges on covers. Marbled paper pastedowns. - An encyclopaedia of 12 sciences.
