Contains diagrams and tables.Layout: 28-33 lines per page.Origin: [Miftāḥ al-ḥikam] Copied 1293.Incipit: [مفتاح الحكم] الحمد لله الذى فضلنا على کثىر من عباده -- [لوح الذهب] Followed by various excerpts on alchemy (fol. 38a-44a). -- [كتاب في الحشائش] وبعد فهذا کتاب فى الحشائش ... قال من نقل هذا الکتاب انه نقله من رجل حکىم اسمه على ابن حسىن الرازى -- [كتاب فيه الابواب] ...هذا کتاب فىه الابواب العشرة لبعض الحکماء الواصلىن الباب الاول فى اىضاح ماهىة الحجر المشار الىه الباب الثانى فى استنباط عناصره -- [رسالة في التدبير] اعلم ان فى اصطلاح الحکماء الذهب الابىض هو الزىبق - Later quarter-bound type III (without flap) binding in light brown leather and purple paper.

Perhaps the work of ʻAlī al-Iznīqī mentioned in Brockelmann, GAL, SII, 668 (2: no. 6). Divided into three maqālahs.2. fol. 28b-38b: Lawḥ al-dhahab. Same as Leiden 1275, divided into three maqālahs: 1) Fī al-maʻdin, 2) fī al-ḥayawān, 3) fī al-nabāt. Followed by various excerpts on alchemy (fol. 39a-45a).3. fol. 48b-74b: Kitāb fī al-ḥashāʼish wa-al-ashjār fī ʻilm al-ṣanʻah al-ilāhīyah. The preface tells about the discovery of the Syriac original of this book in the grave of a pharaoh.4. fol. 75a-78a: Kitāb fīhi al-abwāb al-ʻasharah.
