After close comparison, it is evident that the author plagiarised Kitāb al-Barakah fī faḍl al-saʻy wa-al-ḥarakah by Muḥammad ibn ʻAbd al-Raḥmān ibn ʻUmar al-Ḥubayshī al-Waṣābī.Collation: Paper ; fol. 216 + ii ; 22 quires ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.Layout: 17 lines per page ; ruled.Description: Rubricated ; watermarks (three crescents; roman-alphabet letters "VDS", "GBE...") ; MS in good condition.Origin: According to colophon copy completed Monday 13 Dhū al-Qaʻd 1238, presumably in Kafr Sūsah, by the author (fol. 215b).Incipit: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم وبه ثقتي الحمد لله الملك الجواد ... اما بعد فاني لما رأيت اهل بلدتنا هذه في الکسب المجتهدين وعلي الاشغال بالحرف معتمدين ...Colophon: تم الکتاب بعون الله وحسن توفيقه وکان الفراغ من نسخه نهار الاثنين ثالث عشر ذ[ي] القعدة الحرام سنة ثمانية وثلاثين ومائتين والف احسن الله ختامه على يد جامعه الفقير محمد الخطيب في جامع قريته کفر سوسه ابن عبد الغني القاروط الشافعي المذهب صديقي خولان الطريقتين على طريقت [طريقة] عبد القادر والرفاعي رضي الله عنهما وعن سائر الاولياء والصالحين امين امين امين - Contemporaneous? type II (with flap) binding in light brown leather and tan paper.
