Latin description of the manscript (fol. (ii)a).Collation: Paper ; fol. ii + 79 ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.Layout: 5-7 lines per page ; fol. 2-31 frame-ruled in gold and black with gold-sprinkling inside the frame.Description: MS in good condition.Decoration: Opening spread framed in gold, red, blue and black (fol. 1b-2a). Headpieces of similar design at beginning of each subsequent sūrah.Origin: Probably from XVIth century. - Later type III (without flap) binding in red leather. Marble paper pastedowns. - A fragment of the Qurʼan containing Sūrat al-Fātiḥah (I), Sūrat Yā-Sīn (XXXVI), and Sūrat al-Fatḥ (XLVIII), followed by several prayers and talismans.
