Record follows erroneous foliation.Physical description: 23 lines per page; written in neat naskh in black on glazed, laid paper. Leaves 4-138 are on Arabic paper, while leaves 139-301 are on European paper. There appears to be a change of hands at this point, although the ink used for rubrication is the same color. Rubrication and catchwords; marginal notes. Some staining and numerous paper repairs, particularly to the last leaf.Origin: 23 Muḥarram 1114 H [19 June 1702], by Ibn Abū [!] Turāb ʻAbd al-Khāliq (leaf 301b).Incipit: اللهم اني احمدك حمدا ىقلّ فى انتشار ... اما بعد فان رعاية الايمان توجب قضاء حق الاخوان - Lacquered binding with painted central mandorla, pendants, and cornerpieces. Spine has been repaired and parts of the paint have flaked off. - Treatise on Shiʻite fiqh, with fihris on verso of third flyleaf.
