Marginal roundels on each page, some have been fill in with labels or decoration and expanded into larger medallions in red, yellow and black. Yellow or yellow and red circles dividing text. Illuminated headpieces/endpieces of yellow, red, and black (fol. 1b, 14a, 41a, 47b, 53b, 56b)Origin: Probably from the early XIXth century.Incipit: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم الحمد لله رب العالمين ... وبعد فيقول الفقير الي الله تعالى ... عبد الصمد الجاوي فلمباني ... فهذه في کيفية الراتب العشاء ليلة الجمعة بعده صلاته بكيفية المشهورة وبعده ...Colophon: تمت وصلى الله عليّ. تم - Contemporaneous? type III (without flap) limp binding in red and white striped cloth. Probably originally glued to what are now treated as flyleaves. - A Muslim prayer book from Indonesia[?]. On 23 folios after colophon are several additional prayers.
