Some punctuation in red ink. Little marginalia. Text appears to be a notebook for a student of Islamic law. Text is comprised of three gatherings, the first of four leaves, the second of five leaves, and the third of five double and two single leaves. The first page of each signature bears a statement of pious donation (waqf).Paper is glazed laid stock in very good condition. Some minor stains. Leaves bear one of two watermarks: an anchor in a circle or two "D"s surmounted by a trefoil.Incipit: الحمد لله ذكر ابن حجر في المكفرات. - A collection of citations from Ibn Ḥajar al-Makkī (?), Ibn al-Muqrī's Tamshiyah and other works on law. Selections of poetry and at least one fatwá are also included.
