Notlar	Ms. codex.Physical description: 15 lines per page; written in naskh in black on daluang paper. Text framed in triple black lines. Sūrah headings in red; āyahs marked by red circles and ajzāʾ marked by three red circles plus the number written in the margin. Opening pages (fol. 3b-4a), somewhat smudged, illuminated with simple geometric designs in red, green, and occasional gold. Closing pages (fol. 304b-305a) illuminated with geometric borders in black and red. Paginated in Arabic script by a later hand up to fol. 53a. Some staining and smudging; otherwise in good condition. - Red leather over pasted boards; with painted designs, barely visible. Daluang paper pastedowns. - Copy of the Qurʾān from Sumatra or Java, likely 19th century.
