Kitāb al-Zakāh, etc.9 kurrāsahs are missing at the beginning; on fol. 9a the end of bāb Muḥammad (i.e., al-Shaybānī) and the beginning of a new bāb: بان قول ابى حنىفة على خلاف قول ابى ىوسفباب قول ابى ىوسف على خلاف قول محمد:(14a).باب قول زفر مخالفا لقول اصحابنا:(39a).Lacuna after fol. 50; the last bāb begins on fol. 94b: باب جوابات مالك بن انسExplicit (fol. 105b): وبىننا وبىن الشافعي خلاف فى دخول المسجد الحرام وحجتنا والجواب عن التعلق بانصّ قد مرّ فى باب الشافعى رحمه الله تم الکتاب
