Text 2 is 12-14 lines per page; written in poor nastaʻliq in black on unglazed, laid Arabic paper; catchwords. At least one leaf missing at the beginning of text 1, and leaves 1-11 are heavily patched, resulting in significant loss of text. Some insect damage and marginal damp staining.Origin: Text 1 dated 16 Rabīʻ II 1168 H [30 January 1755] in Dihvī [i.e. Dehvi, a village in the Mandi district of India], by Malik Mīrān ibn Malik Khudābakhsh bin Malik Mubārak ibn Malik Khān Muḥammad ibn Malik Maḥmūd (leaf 149a). Text 2 dated 28 Shaʻbān 1219 H [2 December 1804] (leaf 166a).
