Illuminated head-piece (ʻunwān) on fol. 1b, flower design in gold leaf and red, blue, orange and white watercolors. Margins throughout marked with short rubrication in red ink indicating where the commentary agrees with either Surūrī's or Şemi's commentary or both. Extensive marginal annotations on ff. 1b, 2a and 2b only. Catchwords on the verso of each folio. European glazed paper.
