Rubrication and catchwords; extensive marginal notes in Turkish and Arabic. Foliated in Arabic script. Mild damp staining; edges somewhat ragged. In excellent condition.Incipit:الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلوة والسلام على خير خلقه محمد واله الطيبين الطاهرين كتاب الطهارة زيد جنب ايكن ذكر وتسبيح وصلوة على النبى اتمك جائز اولر مىIncipit (short treatise): الحمد لله الذي احسن الينا احسن التقويم و كرمنا بالكرم نعيم - Full red leather with flap; gold-stamped central mandorla and blind-tooled fillets; orange paper doublures. - Collection of the author's fetvas; preceded by a table of contents (fol. iib-iib), fetvas by various shaykhs (iiib-iva, via-vib), and a short treatise in Arabic on adjudicating claims by Fayḍ Allāh al-Yānyawī (fol. va-via). Inserts are shelved separately and include a 12-leaf booklet of prayers.
