Margins worm-eaten.Collation: Paper, fol. 219, i ; i (fly-leaf with inscriptions; fol. 1 in the moder foliation) 1-21¹⁰ 22¹⁰ (-2 at end of quire) i (fly-leaf) ; ctahcword on the verso of each leaf.Origin: According to colophon, copy completed by Sulaymān ibn Nūr Allāh al-Ḥamawī on Saturday 18 Muḥarram 1105 [Sept. 119, 1693] (fol. 218a).Basmallah: بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم وبه ثقتىIncipit: الحمد لله رب العالمين والصلاة على رسوله محمد واله اجمعين قال مولانا الصدر الامام الاجل الشهيد الاستاذ برهان الملة والدين سلطان العلماء ... عمر بن عبد العزيز قدس الله روحه اما بعد فقد طلب مني بعض اصحابي ان اذكر لكل مسئلة من مسايل كتاب ادب القاضي الذي جمعه الامام ابو بكر احمد بن عمر وبن مهران الخصاف رحمه الله نكتة قدر ما يحتاج الناظر اليها للتفهم فاجبتهم الى ذلكExplicit: فانفع المنكاح في حقهما بتصادقهما فكان حق الحصانة لها دون الاب والله تعالى اعلم بالصواب - Golden brown leather over paper pasteboards for upper and lower covers, fore-edge flap and envelope flap.
