Written in small nastaʻlīq in black ink with use of red for overlining of the commented text. Dark cream paper with laid lines and pulp visible. Ḥāshīyah on the margins of fol. 1b-5a, apparently by the same hand as the main text. On fol. 1a: Partly obliterated ownership statements with seals ; verses of poetry in Persian. Inscription in red pencil using Arabic script on fol. 1a: "Raqm 70 ʻ".Collation: Paper, fol. 100 ; 1-11⁸ 12-13⁶.Copy completed on 18 Jumādá? al-Thānī 1080 (colophon, fol. 100b).Incipit: اما بعد حمد واجب الوجود على نعمآئه والصلوة على سيد انبيائه وعلى اكرم احبّائه اى على آله واصحابه الذين هم موصوفون بزيادة الكرمExplicit: مثلا علّة فاعلية عرضية لحصول البرودة مع انه علّة معدة ذاتية لحصول البرودة تمت الكتاب - Limp leather. Traces of a spine label (horizontal). - Commentary on Tajrīd al-ʻaqāʼid by Naṣīr al-Dīn al-Ṭūsī. This copy contains the first maqṣid only.
