A rhyming Arabic-Turkish dictionary modelled on Şahidî İbrahim Dede's Persian-Turkish dictionary in verse, Tuhfe-yi Şahidî. According to the added titles on front flyleaf and fol. 1a, the author is "Şemsi" (Şemsî Paşa, d. ca. 1580?; this pen-name appears in the text on fol. 4b.2. fol. 28b-39b: Tarz-i Şahidî. First Bosnian-Turkish dictionary in verse, modelled on Şahidî İbrahim Dede's Persian-Turkish dictionary in verse, Tuhfe-yi Şahidî, which is why it is also known as "Potur Şahidi". Makbul-i arif is the name given by the author himself in the text (see fol. 30a). According to the end of text, the work was composed (or possibly copied?! - given that this line does not seem to appear in other ms. copies and given the wording of it) in 1040 (1630 or 1631)see explicit, though elsewhere the date of the composition is given as 1041/1631.
