[2ب] ... وبعد قد جرى ببعض اندية الادب الذي ركدت في هذا العصرِ ريحهExplicit: فقال اجعل الموت [243ب] نصب عينك وهذا فراق بيني وبينك فودعته وعبراتي تتحدرن من الماقي وزفراتي تتصعدن من التراقي وكانت هذه خاتمة التلاقي قال الشيخ الرئيس ابو محمد القاسم بن علي ادام الله علوّه هذه اخر المقامات التي انشاتها بالاغترار وامليتها بلسان الاضطرار وقد الجئت الى ان ارصدتها للاستعراض وناديت عليها في سوق الاعتراض هذا مع معرفتي بانّها من سقط المتاع ... ولكن كان ذلك في الكتاب مسطورا وانا استغفر الله مما اودعتها [244أ] من اباطيل اللغو واضاليل اللهو واسترشده الى ما يعصم من السهو ... وولي الخيرات في الدنيا والاخرة والحمد لله رب العالمين وصلى الله على سيدنا محمد خاتم النبيين وعلى اله الطاهرين واصحابه المنتخبين وسلم الله تسليمًا الى يوم الدين امين والحمد به ربى - Unbound quires wrapped in a binding made of red leather over paper pasteboards for upper and lower covers, fore-edge flap and envelope flap. ?-stamped (appears now as black) central mandorla with two pendants on the vertical axis, with an outer frame consisting of blind tooled fillets. Similar border on the envelope flap, with a smaller central ?-stamped pattern. Paper pastedowns. - Elegant copy of the Maqāmāt al-Ḥarīrī.
