Text is largely legible; in fair condition.Incipit: اطيعوا الله و اطيعوا الرسول و اولي الامر منكم يعني الله تعالي كلامنده ايدر مطيع اولوك الله - Quarter leather with marbled paper covers. - An explanation in Turkish of a selelction of Arabic and Turkish aphorisms, including some from the Qurʼān and ḥadith; text is incomplete at end.
