Numerous paper repairs, with occasional loss of text. Upper edge water-damaged; some staining and smudging. Main text missing leaves at beginning and end.Incipit (after preamble, fol. 12a): اما بعد بدانکه چون اين ناجى از مضاىق مهالک و مخالف مسالک کشته بعد از هر شدتى فرجى - Full teal leather with blind-tooled fillets; paper doublures. - Incomplete treatise on akhlaq consisting of at least fourteen asās and illustrated with poetry, stories, and anecdotes. The fourteen moral characteristics addressed are: ṣabr, raḥm, adab, ṭahārat, ʻibādat, luṭf, yaqīn, ḥilm, qināʻat, nuṣrat, murūvat, sakhāvat, karāmat, hidāyat. Text is on fol. 8-197; fol. 1-7, 198-199 are leaves from another unidentified text.
