Re-used folios visible through damage to binding. - A work on medicine giving, in the form of tables modeled after star tables, the causes of diseases and ailments, their symptoms, emergency treatment and regular treatment. The author wrote his work for the ʻAbbāsid caliph al-Muqtadī bi-Amr Allāh 467-487 [1075-1094].
