Rubrication and catchwords; some marginal notes, particularly at beginning and end of ms. Change of hands on fol. 117b. Extensive damp staining; numerous paper repairs resulting in loss of text on some leaves. First and last folios are replacements. Incomplete at beginning and end.Origin: According to note by a later hand, this copy was completed 2 Ṣafar 1003 H [17 October 1594] (fol. 126a).Incipit (text 1, as extant): اين مرقوم که بجامع الفواىد موسومست مصروف کشت امىدوارى بضاىت بى علت بارىIncipit (text 2): زبانرا چو در اول اين کلام * ز حمد و تحيت رساندى بکامIncipit (text 4): الحمد لله الذي خلق الانسان و جعله اشرف مواليد الازكان [!] - Full brown leather with blind-stamped central mandorla and pendants and blind-tooled fillets; brown paper pastedowns. - A collection of medical treatises.
