Rebacked. - Portion of a treatise on Ḥanafī law, a summary of the author's al-Muḥīṭ al-Burhānī fī al-fiqh al-Nuʻmānī, comprising Kitāb al-Nafaqāt to Kitāb al-Shirkah.
