Some discloration, especially endpapers.Binding is red leather over boards. Spine is plain; covers have blind stamped double fillet border surrounding frame over interwoven vine motif. Center is surrounded by two sets of double fillets and is vertically bisected by another double fillet. Cruciform petals at the interior corners. Center has blind stamped mandorla with some worm damage. - Text deals with a variety of subjects: reports of deaths; assessments of properties; legal agreements, etc. Many bear several signatures.
