Notlar	Ms. codex.Title supplied by the cataloger.Copied by Sayyid al-Ḥājj Yūsuf Nādirī, one of the clerks in the Office of the Silahdar, in 1199 (1784 or 1785) -- colophon (fol. 199a).25 lines per page. Written in medium small naskh in black ink with use of red for rubrication. Text is within a gold leaf frame outlined in black ink. On ff. 2b and 3a the frame is double, with an illuminated head piece on fol. 2b, made with gold leaf and blue, red, orange and yellow watercolors. Catchwords on the verso of each leaf. Foliation in Arabic numerals, starting on fol. 3. Glazed European paper. Fol. 2a has table of contents in a later hand, and two obliterated incriptions, one of which is an ownership statement, accompanied by a likewise obliterated seal.Incipit: انما الله اله واحد فهو المنعم وهو الحامد شكر فضلش جو عطاى دكرست ... نثر بهترين حمد ابدى متجدد الامثال كه مانند انوار آفتابExplicit: مدرسهء صحنده تأسيس مبانئ تدريس ايدرايكن رسام قضا اغاز چاكر يز طومار عمر ناپايدارى پيچيدهء دست روزكار اولدى نظم ... زانكه من بندهء كنهكارم - Red leather with envelope flap. Blind tooled panel design on upper and lower covers, consisting of a central rectangle and a border made with fillets, with a mandorla with pendants and corner pieces inside the rectangle. Blind fillets and a small blind stamp on the envelope flap. Pastedowns and lining to the envelope flap in purple paper, painted in a geometrical pattern in yellow and black ink. Lining to the the fore-edge flap in dark cream paper. - Karaçelebizade's Ottoman history during the reign of Süleyman the Magnificent (1520-1566).
