Catchwords; headings in red. Fol. 1, 3 are replacements on 19th cent. European paper. Text begins on fol. 3b. Several missing leaves after fol. 7; fol. 2 is bound incorrectly and belongs after fol. 8. Marginal damp staining and light smudging; paper repairs to last two leaves resulting in some loss of text and part of the colophon.Origin: Original text completed 4 Dhū al-Ḥijjah 877 H [2 May 1473]; this copy completed at the end of Muḥarram 1019 H [April 1610] (fol. 62a).Incipit: سپاس تازه و ستاىش بى اندازه و قىاس مر صانع و حميكى را سزا است که جوهرى صنعش بازار کاىنات بجواهر ثوابت و سىارات آراسته - Full brown leather with blind-tooled fillets; dark brown leather doublures. - Treatise on precious stones and metals composed for Abū al-Fatḥ Khalīl Bahādur Khān, son of Sulṭān Abū Naṣr Ḥasan Bahādur Khān (Uzun Hasan, ruler of the Akkoyunlu, ca. 1420-1478); consisting of a muqaddimah and two maqālah.
