A rectangular stamp on fol. 1a.Incipit: حمد فخر اوان وشكر بى بايان اول خالق زمين واسمان ورزاق انس وجان ...وبعد بو رساله يش مقاله ايله يوز يكرمي بش بابى مشتملدرExplicit: اول علامتلر اول شئي مرتفعك مسقط حجري ما بينى نه مقدار اولورسه طوبى دخى اول مقدار اواور تمت - Brown leather with blind tooled panel design on covers, consisting of fillets and roll around the borders, four corner pieces and a mandorla with pendants in the centre. Pastedowns in green and beige paper embossed in a foliage pattern with evidence of gold sprinkles. - A treatise on astrolabes, consolidating information from earlier works in Arabic, Persian and Turkish on the same subject (see title or introduction on fol. 2a-b).
