Some insect damage and paper repairs, particularly towards the beginning and end of ms. Damp staining around margins; a few leaves detached.Origin: 19 Jumādá II 1070 H [2 March 1660], by ʻAbd al-Laṭīf Ṭihrānī (fol. 441b). - Full brown leather with gold-stamping on spine; blue paper doublures; brown paper wrapper. - A translation of al-Khaṭīb al-Tibrīzī's Mishkāt al-Maṣābīḥ, a commentary on and expansion of al-Baghawī's hadith collection, Maṣābīḥ al-sunnah; this volume contains kitāb al-janāʾiz - kitāb al-manāsik. Missing two leaves at the beginning.
