Notlar Collation: Paper ; fol. 3, 117 ; catchwords at end of quires ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.Decoration: Title page is illuminated and bears a gilded bookplate with the words: min kutub al-Ḥasan ibn Ibrāhīm al-Talawī al-Khālidī. Title and medallion have text in silver ink surrounded by decoration in red, black, gold and blue.Description: Written in clear naskhi ; vowel signs ; MS is exceedingly rare ; MS is in good condition.Layout: 14 lines per page.Ms. codex.Origin: According to colophon copied al-Sabt 29 Ṣafar 514 by Ibn al-Maqrūn (fol. 117a).Three folios before title page have a number of verses by ʻAlī ibn al-Ṣaqqār al-Māridīnī and a short paragraph by another about Kushājim. In upper left hand corner of title page is a statement that entire MS was written by Ibn al-Maqrūn the scribe. In upper right hand corner of title page is a statement that the manuscript contains 120 leaves from beginning to end.Title from title page (fol. 1a).Colophon: تم جميع شعر کشاجم والحمد لله وصلواته على سيدنا محمد النبي وآله الطاهرين الاخيار. وقع الفراغ منه في يوم السبت تاسع عشرين صفر من اربع عشرة وخمس مائة. کتبه ابن المقرونIncipit.: بسم الله الرحن الرحيم. قال ابوالفتح محمود ابن الحسين بن السندي بن شاهك الکاتب المعروف بکشاجم - Later? type III binding (without flap) in brown leather. Blind stamped with central mandorla with pendants and decorative edging. Leather doublures with block-pressed design. - The poems of Kushājim on various subjects, including an elegy on his mother, eulogies and satires, and the description of a school, of snow, of a horse, and of his stolen knife.
