Fol. 1-10 and other leaves in ms. detached. Some staining, smudging, and insect damage.Origin: 1 Rabīʻ I 941 H [10 September 1534], by Mehmet bin Yahya (fol. 94a).Incipit (text 1): بسم الله الرحمن الرحىم مطلع انوار کلام قدىم فاتحه نسخه توقىع دىن خاتمه راء و لا الضالىنIncipit (text 2): جو بسم الله الوبدر شکل مفتاح * انى هر فتحه مفتاح اتدى فتاح - Full brown leather over boards with blind-stamped central mandorla and fillets; yellow paper doublures. Front cover and first five leaves detached. - Unidentified Sufi prose treatise (fol. 1b-94a), described by the author as a name-yi firak or name-yi firqa (fol. 3a), and an incomplete mesnevi poem (94b-114b).
