Notlar	Dhū al-Ḥijjah 1276H.Contrary to Brockelmann, GAL, SII, 59 2, the present text and Baḥ al-jawāhir (see no. 112 above) are not identical, the latter being an expanded version of the former (cf. Wellcome, introd., p. 68sq.). The autograph (?) ms. of Jawāhir al-lughah, described in Wellcome, p. 115, which seems to differ from this copy, was completed by the author in 898H.
