Fāʼidah (v. 2, fol. 143b)Collation: Paper ; fol. i + 102, i + 144 ; catchwords ; modern foliation in pencil using Western numerals.Layout: 23-25 lines per page.Description: Rubricated ; MS in fair condition.Origin: Probably from XVIth century.Incipit: ضلالهم تقليد لاسلافهم الفجرة لا شبهة عند هم ولا تأويلColophon: اخرالمجلد يتلوه الکلام على تخالف الوارثين المسلم بالدين - Later quarter-bound type III (without flap) binding in red leather and red marbled paper. - Two fragmentary volumes of a commentary on a work on Shāfiʻite law and jurisprudence which is a commentary by Shihāb al-Dīn al-Adhraʻī on Minhāj al-ṭālibīn by al-Nawawī. Despite its caption, fhe first volume contains the section on al-shahādah; the second volume contains the section on al-daʻwá wa-al-bayyināt.
