Notlar	Title from f. 1a.Copyist identified in colophon as Sulaymān al-NāʻimMs. in naskh script on glazed paper. 22.5 x 17.5 cm. Headings and keywords in v. 1 and f. 1 of v.2 in red ink. Copious marginal notes. Text is unvocalized. Some minor stains and discoloration.Paper is glazed, laid stock. Fore edge unfinished. Leaves bear one of two watermarks: one a shield with a crescent device in the center; the other the initials "V.G." Some slight discoloration, principally in the margins.Both volumes bound in red leather over boards, wallet style. Covers have three sets of progressively smaller double filleted frames with a blind stamped rosette at center. Running vertically through the inner most frame is a double fillet. The corners of the three frames are connected by triple fillets terminating at the inside corners of the inner frame in rosettes. Envelope is decorated with double fillets and rosettes; fore edge flap has a fillet border and a row of 15 blind stamped rosettes running down the center.
